Even Superman can take some falls. Joe falls coming down a mountain in New Hampshire. Even though his mother says it is a sprain it proves to be a broken bone. Not the last one for Joe; he later earns the nickname "Stich" from is friends. |

At an early age Joe shows his propensity for science. |

Another defining quality is Joe's love of animals, here his pet snake. But there was also lizards, rabbits, dogs, turtles, etc. |

Yet another defining quality is friends. Many of Joe's current friends are those he had since early elementary school. |

College was instructional not only for learning a vocational skill, but also for learning leadership skills such as being his fraternity's president. |

In all he turns out to one great guy ready for the next stage. |
